Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Home Stay Rules
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homestay premises. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Visitors: Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Overnight stays of visitors are not permitted.
- Behavior: We expect guests to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other guests and staff.
Safety and Security
- Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
- Locking Doors: Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the room and at night.
