Kanarkha is a a small village near Padampuri in Kumoan region of Uttarakhand. It offers some really good short treks in the Oak forest where you may sight Sambhar, Mountain Goat, Barking Deer and if you are lucky you may sight a leopard also. There are about 200 species of birds. It’s gorgeous star-studded nights can easily refresh your romance. Most of the people here are busy in farming and grow probably the best quality Potato and Peas in whole Nainital region. Being a fruit belt their orchards are full of Peach, Plum and Apricot and Pears to pamper your taste buds.

Reservations and Cancellations
- Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Home Stay Rules
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homestay premises. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Visitors: Visitors are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Overnight stays of visitors are not permitted.
- Behavior: We expect guests to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other guests and staff.
Safety and Security
- Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage.
- Locking Doors: Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the room and at night.
- Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, contact the homestay manager immediately. Emergency contact numbers are provided in your room.

- The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.
